Privacy Policy

Olivtwig (the "Service") provides embeddable widgets for Notion. This policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used.

Account info (optional): If you sign in with Google to use "Favorites", we receive your email, name, and profile photo via Firebase Authentication. Nothing is collected if you don't sign in.

Favorites: The list of widgets you favorite is stored and linked to your account.

Widget data: Content of cloud-synced widgets (checklists, notes, etc.) is stored under a random anonymous id and is not linked to any personal identifier.

Usage analytics: We measure aggregate visit stats with Vercel Analytics (no personal identification, no cross-site tracking).

Cookies & local storage: We use cookies for language preference, sign-in session, and advertising.

This Service shows ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.

You may opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings, and manage third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info. Users in the EEA and UK are asked for consent to personalized ads via a consent message.

We use Google (AdSense, Firebase Authentication & Firestore) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each provider's own privacy policy governs its processing.

Widget data inactive for 30+ days is deleted automatically. Favorites are kept until you remove them or request deletion after signing out. Account data follows Google account policies.

You can sign out at any time, opt out of personalized ads via the links above, and request data deletion by emailing us below.

The Service is not directed to children under 13.
